Nancy Sullivan, SVP General Manager Lee Hecht Harrison

As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Nancy has overall accountability for Lee Hecht Harrison’s talent management, leadership and career transition services for Colorado.   

Nancy brings to this role over 30 years experience in leadership roles encompassing operations, sales and delivery. She has provided executive coaching on a wide range of strategic organizational initiatives including restructuring, corporate and individual transition, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, reengineering and culture change.

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison as Vice President, Business Development in 2002; Nancy was Executive Director at US West where she held leadership positions in operations, cable and multimedia, new product development and ideation, and customer experience.  In 2005 Nancy was promoted to Lee Hecht Harrison Senior Vice President, Regional Leadership Specialist and then most recently to General Manager of Colorado. In her current role, Nancy is also an executive team and individual coach for a number of Fortune 500 companies and provides leadership services nationally and internationally.

Nancy has extensive public speaking experience and has been interviewed for print, television and radio regarding issues related to leadership, organizational and professional transition and career management. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Certificate of Executive Management from Smith College.   Nancy also teaches career management at the University of Denver is on the board of the WomensVision Foundation and is a member of the Wise Women Council.  Additionally she is a board member of the Rocky Mountain Human Resources Planning Society, and is certified in Organizational and Individual Transition by William Bridges and Associates.
