RMHRPS Membership Opportunities~

BECOMING A MEMBER OF RMHRPS?

Thank you for your interest in joining RMHRPS, the premier professional organization for senior HR professionals in the Rocky Mountain Region.  We offer three types of membership:

  • Individual $225.  This membership is open to a senior level Human Resources practitioner within an organization or professional providing consulting services to organizations.
  • Educational $100.  This membership is open to a senior level Human Resources practitioner who is employed by a public or private educational organization (such as a public school district, an institute of higher education, etc.
  • Corporate $600.  A corporate membership allows up to three (3) dedicated members from one organization.  All three must meet membership criteria.

RMHRPS APPLICATION GUIDELINES

The primary purpose of RMHRPS is to present leading edge practices, technology and theory for senior human resource leaders to further advance the profession.

Our goal is to create a community of progressive HR practitioners and to provide opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career development for our members. We adhere to a strict non solicitation policy at our programs and within our community.

To ensure our membership base is in alignment with the RMHRPS purpose, we ask that:

  • Practitioners have 15 years of progressive HR experience with most recent experience in strategic HR roles partnering with executive leadership and/or organization strategy. 
  • Non-practitioners have 15 years of experience as an HR practitioner and/or equivalent demonstrated consultation experience that supports strategic priorities of today’s HR executives.
