Lisa Jacoba, VP HR, The Western Union Company
Lisa Jacoba is a seasoned HR professional with over twenty years progressive experience in the field including extensive employee relations, organizational development, training, recruitment, compensation and payroll accountability. Currently Vice President of Human Resources at The Western Union Company, Ms. Jacoba is responsible for strategic leadership of the human resource function for the company’s
corporate headquarters and global service delivery centers. Prior to this role Ms. Jacoba
specialized as the Head of Global Talent Management where she was accountable for leading the development and delivery of global human capital strategies, in talent acquisition, learning and development, organization effectiveness and relocation services.
Prior to Western Union, she held various strategic senior HR management roles with First Data Corporation. Most recently she held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources responsible for leading the design and delivery of high impact human capital solutions for the IT and Operations divisions. Ms. Jacoba holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, she is an active member of the Society for Human
Resources Management, and is a board member of the Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society in Denver, Colorado. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver.
