Lily Ruppe, Executive Director, OD
Lily Ruppe is currently heading her own consulting practice in integrated talent management and other Human Resources related practices. Recent consulting engagements include values integration for an international corporation, organizational transition for a nonprofit institution and new leader and team consultation for a privately held business.
Lily led global organizational and leadership development at Johns Manville from 1999 to 2005 for over 10,000 employees. She has over 21 years of experience in the field of human resources both domestically and internationally. Lily has worked with companies ranging from Fortune 50 to start-ups in a wide variety of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, nonprofit, health care, government and distribution. Her passion is focused on human capital management including assessment and selection, performance management and leadership development. She is a speaker and internationally published author of articles on organizational transformation and talent management and customer service. She has lectured and mentored for the University of Denver ’s MBA program.
