Jeanne Lynch, Group Vice President, Human Resources, Archstone
Jeanne is Group Vice President of Human Resources for Archstone, a real estate investment company which owns and operates upscale apartments in the US and Europe. She is responsible for strategic human resources functions aligned to the business needs for 2700 associates.
Prior to joining Archstone, Jeanne held several global human resources pharmaceutical positions with companies such as Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals in New Jersey. She has spent 10+ years supporting research and development scientists in benefits, compensation, employee relations and HRIS global support roles. During this time, Jeanne was involved in facilitating HR initiatives through six mergers and involving six countries.
Jeanne earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University in New York. She also holds certified benefits professional and certified compensation professional certifications from World at Work organization.
