Helen Oesterle Resnik, CEO
Helen Resnik is the Chief Executive Officer of Resnik Partners, Inc (RP), a Career Partners International Firm ( CPI ), has been helping executives and their teams achieve breakthrough results for over 20 years. Considered an innovator and much sought after coaching practitioner, Helen is in demand for her knowledge and expertise in the most challenging situations such as when a leader valued for technical expertise lacks effective communication skills and interpersonal savvy necessary to accomplish team and organizational goals.
Helen has established a reputation for developing strong, trusting, loyal client relationships and delivering quality services and sustainable results. She is a pioneer in the field of coaching having founded the practice at Resnik Partners and leading the establishment of it on a global scale through CPI .
Helen has worked with individuals at all levels in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies, to start-ups and not for profits. A partial client list includes Sun Microsystems Inc., First Data Corporation, Western Union , The Children’s Hospital, Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance, Johns Manville and Arapahoe House.
Her success as an executive coach is based on a unique combination of her formal clinical training, hands-on experience in key leadership roles and her passion for building and sustaining effective relationships. Helen is warm, genuine and honest and known for the right blend of backbone and heart. She focuses on strengths and delivers honest, direct feedback that leads to powerful outcomes.
Helen holds a BA and Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver . She has advanced executive coaching training with Mary Beth O’Neil at the Leadership Institute of Seattle. Helen has been certified as an Employee Assistance Professional and is certified in the MRG ’s Leadership Effective Analysis Assessment Instrument. The Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society has selected Helen to serve on the board. She is the leading force in the design and execution of the Global Executive Coaching Practice for Career Partners International.
