Join us in a debate over competencies, starting with a presentation on the state of the art by an expert in the field. A lively discussion will follow, starting with a panel made up of several of your esteemed colleagues who have a wide variety of experiences and opinions about competencies, leading then to an open discussion.

A panel discussion of local employers sharing their real life experiences in using social media will follow and be moderated by Adam Wootton, a senior consultant and thought leader at Towers Watson specializing in research and helping organizations in the delivery of social media, new media and collaborative technologies to employees.
