Amy Thrall, President - Interim HR Management
Amy Thrall is a Human Resources Executive with over 15 years experience launching and managing human resources departments across a variety of industries including education, healthcare, manufacturing, private equity, and technology. Her reputation as a "business-centric" human resources professional is backed by her operational management background, Masters in Business (MBA), and track record of career successes. She has specific expertise in designing and implementing due diligence and acquisition strategies, launching integrated strategic talent management initiatives, and managing business operations with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. She is an active member of the executive human resources community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society (RMHRPS).
Amy is a sole practitioner in HR strategy, process reengineering, and interim executive management. A partial list of clients include: Jones International University, The Breakaway Group, Hosting.com, and Advanced Concepts Technologies International, LLC. Prior to her work as a consultant, she was responsible for leading the HR function in a number of organizations including her role as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for The Breakaway Group and Director of Human Resources for McClain Finlon Advertising, the largest independently-owned advertising agency in the Rocky Mountain West. In her position as Managing Director of Human Resources for Republic Financial Corporation, she managed human resources strategy for the holding company, as well as acquisition strategy and oversight for Republic's portfolio companies. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Inflow, where she designed and implemented innovative recruiting, hiring, and training programs to grow the company from 20 employees in one location to over 600 employees in 18 locations across the U.S. and Europe, all within just 18 months. Prior to her work with Inflow, she was Executive Vice President for ImageSystems where she had full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and managed company-wide operations.
Amy is SPHR certified, and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Colorado and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
