The Program:
Doing Well and Doing Good: Developing a Sustainable Business Model for All Stakeholders
Doing well and doing good are not mutually exclusive. You can create an overarching corporate culture for a truly sustainable business model that takes into account social, economic and environmental responsibilities (i.e., people, planet and profit). Learn how to help your employees understand the responsibility and value of serving all key stakeholders. This holistic view of the business will result in all employees having a better understanding of the larger purpose of their individual role and how each role ultimately impacts every other stakeholder. Understanding the connection to a higher purpose will help all employees to contribute their discretionary performance to the organization's cause, resulting in a benefit to all stakeholders.
The Details:
8:00 - 8:30 am - Networking and continental breakfast
8:30 - 9:30 am - Program
9:30 - 10:00 am - Discussion among attendees: how to move forward as the NW Corridor extension of Rocky Mountain HRPS
